A family company, built to last
Titanis is our family's real estate company. We buy houses, renovate them with our own crews and trade partners, and either rent them out or sell them to new owners. We live and work in Utah, and the homes we take on are in communities we know.
Our name comes from Titanis, a flightless "terror bird" that stood taller than a person and hunted North America a few million years ago. Its three-toed track is our logo: a reminder to leave a solid mark on every property we touch. In practice that means doing what we say, paying what we agree to, and leaving every house better than we found it.
